No subscription · No monthly fee · No card

Free to use. Keep 100% of every calendar dollar.

Free for everyone — one person running a single campaign or a large organization running dozens. You keep 100% of every calendar donation. Donors cover a small service fee at checkout, and that's the only way we earn a cent.

The only setup step: set up your Stripe, Square, or PayPal (coming soon) account in-app — it takes a few minutes. Donations go straight to your own bank — everything is electronic, we never mail paper checks or hold your money.

What donors pay

A small service fee is added on top of each donation and shown to the donor before they pay: $1 on gifts under $5, $3 on gifts of $5 or more, plus $1 for each extra date claimed in the same checkout. It never reduces what you receive.

Payment processing

Donations settle directly into your own Stripe, Square, or PayPal account — we never hold your money. Your processor charges its standard rate (roughly 2.9% + $0.30 for Stripe, ~3.5% + $0.49 for PayPal). CalendarFundraiser adds nothing on top for you.

Pricing FAQ

Is CalendarFundraiser really free?

Yes. There is no subscription, no monthly fee, and no setup fee — for individuals and organizations alike. You sign up, build your calendar, connect the Stripe, Square, or PayPal account where donations should land, and publish. Nothing to pay us, ever.

How does CalendarFundraiser make money?

Donors cover a small service fee at checkout, added on top of their donation. It's $1 on gifts under $5 and $3 on gifts of $5 or more, plus $1 for each additional date claimed in the same checkout. The fee is shown up front and never comes out of your donation — every standard day amount ($1–$31) reaches your account in full, and we even cover the card-processing costs on those dollars. Boosts and multiplied days — when a donor adds an optional boost, or you use the multiplier to price days above their standard $1–$31 value — we keep a small share of that extra amount (plus card processing), and the rest goes to you — full details in our Terms. Funds deposit directly into your own Stripe account (PayPal coming soon) — we never hold your money.

Are there limits on campaigns, participants, or donations?

No plan limits. Run as many campaigns as you like with as many participants as you like. The only limits are sensible email-sending caps that protect deliverability for everyone (new accounts start with a smaller daily invite allowance that lifts automatically).

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. You never enter a card for CalendarFundraiser. To go live you connect a Stripe account — or create one right in the app in a few minutes (PayPal coming soon) — so donations can reach you. That's the only setup step between building and collecting.

What are the payment processing costs?

Donations settle directly into your own Stripe, Square, or PayPal account, which charges its standard processing rate (roughly 2.9% + $0.30 for Stripe, ~3.5% + $0.49 for PayPal). CalendarFundraiser adds nothing on top for you.

Can a parent run this for one child?

Yes. Set up as an individual — no business or EIN needed; Stripe pays out to your personal bank. Money you receive is yours personally (Stripe issues a 1099-K only above the IRS threshold), and gifts aren't tax-deductible for donors. If your child's school or team already runs a CalendarFundraiser campaign, join it as a participant instead — you'll get your own calendar and the money goes to the organization.

Who is this for — individuals or organizations?

Both. A parent raising for one team, a coach running a season, a school with 40 classrooms, a nonprofit with a district-wide drive — same product, same price: free.
