Year-long calendar fundraiser
Year-long calendar fundraiser: 365 dates, $5,738
A year-long calendar fundraiser puts every date of the year on one page, twelve months of squares. Supporters do not pick a date because it is open; they pick the one that means something to them. A mother's birthday. A wedding anniversary. The day someone was lost. They give that day's amount, $1 on the 1st up to $31 on the 31st, and their name and note stay on that date all year.
Fill every date of 2027 and the calendar raises $5,738. There is nothing to sell, no event to plan, and the calendar works for a church, a ministry, a memorial fund or any cause whose supporters carry dates in their hearts.
How a year-long calendar works
- Choose the year. January 1 to December 31 of 2027, or twelve months from any day you pick. Every date of every month is on the page, priced by its day.
- Share one link. Supporters open it on their phone, tap a month, tap a date, and give. They can leave a note on the square, “Henry's birthday,” and it stays there for everyone to see.
- Watch it fill through the year. The calendar shows how many dates each month has left, so a supporter looking for their date finds it in two taps. Dates that mean something get claimed early; the rest fill as the year goes on.
- Share a date, if you choose. With shared dates on, several people can give on the same date, each with their own note, which is how a whole family honors one person.
What the year adds up to
| Window | Dates | Standard pricing | 2x pricing |
|---|---|---|---|
| A calendar year | 365 | $5,738 | $11,476 |
| A leap year | 366 | $5,767 | $11,534 |
| One 31-day month, for comparison | 31 | $496 | $992 |
The seven 31-day months raise $496 each, the four 30-day months $465, and February $406. Together that is $5,738 for one calendar with no participants to recruit and no deadline pressure.
Who runs a year-long calendar
- Churches and ministries. Members claim birthdays, anniversaries and the dates of loved ones who have passed. The calendar becomes a record of the congregation's year.
- Memorial funds. A scholarship or a fund in someone's name, where the date itself is the reason to give.
- Camps and small nonprofits. One calendar, one link, a full year to let supporters find their date.
- Anyone who has been asked “can I pick a date later in the year?” With a year-long calendar the answer is yes.
Teams and schools with many participants fill one month per participant instead, where a calendar per player or student and a leaderboard do the work.

Year-long calendar questions
What is a year-long calendar fundraiser?
A calendar fundraiser with every date of the year on one page, twelve months of squares. A supporter picks a date that means something to them, a birthday, an anniversary, a date to remember someone, and gives that day's amount: $1 on the 1st up to $31 on the 31st. Every date of a full year adds up to $5,738.
How is it different from a year-round calendar?
A year-round calendar is one 1-to-31 grid that never sells out, an always-open giving page. A year-long calendar sells each of the 365 dates once, so the calendar fills over the year and shows who chose every date.
Does it have to run January to December?
No. Start it on January 1 for a calendar year, or on any day for the twelve months that follow. Moving the start date keeps a twelve-month window.
Can two people choose the same date?
Normally a date belongs to the first person who claims it. Turn on shared dates and several people can give on the same date, each with their own note, which is how a family shares a memorial date.
What does it cost?
Building and running a calendar is free. Donors pay a small service fee at checkout, shown before they pay, and your organization keeps 100% of calendar dollars.
