What is a school calendar fundraiser?
A school calendar fundraiser is a pick-a-date calendar run by a PTA, PTO, or a single classroom: families claim a date in the month, the date is the price, and every claim shows a name and a message on the calendar. Each goal below has its own calendar with its own colors and icons. Every classroom can get its own link and QR code, the leaderboard keeps rooms motivated, and the money lands in the parent group's own payout account, not a cash box.

How much can a school calendar fundraiser raise?
A fully claimed 31-day calendar raises $496 at standard pricing; a 30-day month raises $465. Give every classroom its own calendar and a 20-room school can raise up to $9,920 in a month. Set the calendar to 2× and those totals double.
Can every classroom or grade have its own calendar?
Yes. A team campaign gives each classroom, grade, or student a personal link and QR code, plus a live leaderboard so rooms can see where they stand.
What does it cost the PTA?
Building and running a calendar is free. Givers pay a small service fee at checkout, shown before they pay, and the parent group keeps 100% of calendar donations. The fee is described in full in our Terms of Service.
