What is a holiday fundraiser?
A holiday fundraiser is a pick-a-date calendar fundraiser run in the weeks before a holiday party or festival: supporters claim a date in the month, the date is the price, every claim shows a name and a message, and the party is the deadline. Each holiday below has its own calendar with its own colors and icons, and the same rule applies to all of them: click and text, they pick a date and give, and most groups run it in the month before the celebration so the money is in before the party is booked.

Holiday Fundraisers FAQ
What are the best holiday fundraiser ideas for schools?
A pick-a-date calendar tied to the holiday party the school already throws: Halloween, the fall festival, the winter party, Valentine's. Families claim a date and give that amount, the calendar pays for the party, and no one sells a product.
How much can a holiday fundraiser raise?
A fully claimed 31-day calendar raises $496 at standard pricing; a 30-day month raises $465. Set the calendar to 2× and those double. Team calendars multiply the total by the number of participants.
When should a holiday fundraiser start?
Whenever you are ready. This is 2026: click and text, they pick a date and give. Most groups run it in the month before the event so the money is in before it is booked.
What does a holiday fundraiser cost?
Building and running a calendar is free. Givers pay a small service fee at checkout, shown before they pay, and organizers keep 100% of calendar donations. The fee is described in full in our Terms of Service.
